Assistant Manager

Overview

This full-time hands-on entry-level management job leads to the position of a GM and even a franchise owner. Last year our GMs earned $103,000 on average. We have competitive pay, health insurance, and paid time off. Fast food/restaurant management experience strongly preferred. While we are usually able to meet all reasonable requests for time off, candidates should be available during all our operating hours.

This position offers training that includes delivery responsibilities. You should have a Florida drivers license and a reliable insured vehicle.

• Lead a team during your shift
• Be responsible for all store operations
• Assist walk-in customers
• Operate the cash register
• Prepare products quickly and accurately, adhering to portion sizes and recipes
• Maintain cleanliness of the restaurant
• Maintain a professional appearance at all times in compliance with Dominos Grooming Standards

Assistant managers are responsible for everything that happens during the shift and setting the tone and example for the store, with a focus on cost control, cash control, and customer relations.

• Experience leading a team; during your shift you will manage a staff of 3 to 30 people
• Can-do attitude and motivational skills to get the team in the right place at the right time while creating a great place to work
• Reliable vehicle that is insured and a valid drivers license
• A great role model who people look to
• You must be at least 18 years old
