Job DescriptionWe are seeking a high-level Diesel Technician with proven experience working on Ford diesel vehicles, especially Super Duty platforms. In this role, you’ll tackle advanced diagnostics and complex repairs with the confidence and precision that comes from years on the job. You’ll be working in a fast-moving environment where quality matters, and your expertise is respected.

Monday to Friday. No Weekends!
Pay Range: $80,000 to $150,000 per year
, depending on experience and certifications
Work Requirements:

8-hour shifts, Monday through Friday. No Weekends! - Ability to Commute:
Sarasota, FL (Required) - Work Location:
On-site
- Handle advanced diesel engine repairs, diagnostics, and performance issues
- Specialize in servicing Ford Super Duty diesel platforms (including Power Stroke)
- Accurately document all work performed and parts used
- Collaborate with service advisors and parts staff to ensure workflow efficiency
- Maintain a clean, professional workspace in line with safety standards
- Keep current with all Ford technical bulletins and required factory certifications
- 3+ years of experience working with diesel engines, ideally in a Ford dealership environment
- Ford Power Stroke or Ford Diesel Certification strongly preferred
- Strong mechanical and electrical diagnostic skills
- Familiarity with Ford IDS, FDRS, or equivalent OEM diagnostic systems
- Dependable, self-motivated, and able to take initiative in a high-paced shop
- Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record
