What to Expect (Job Responsibilities)

• Lead the ideation, design, and development of innovative investment products, focusing on retirement solutions

• Collaborate with internal teams throughout the product development lifecycle to ensure successful launches

• Conduct market research to inform product strategy and identify growth opportunities

• Manage product development timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring project milestones are met

• Engage with clients and consultants to gather feedback and improve product offerings

What is Required (Qualifications)

• MBA or advanced degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field

• CFA, CAIA, or a comparable financial certification

• 8+ years of product management and development experience within financial services

• Proven track record in developing and managing investment products, including target‑date funds and managed account solutions

• Deep knowledge of defined contribution vehicles and familiarity with ERISA regulations

• Experience with competitive analysis, financial modeling, and pricing strategies

• Proficiency with industry tools such as Morningstar Direct and Factset

• Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
