- Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Physics, or equivalent combination of education and experience
- 2-5 years of EMC design and testing experience
- Knowledge of EMC standards including IEC 61326-1, CISPR 11/EN55011, FCC, and IEC 61000-4-x
- Experience with EMC compliance, validation, and testing methodologies
- Ability to troubleshoot EMC test failures and recommend design improvements
- Experience preparing technical documentation, test plans, compliance reports, and regulatory submissions
- Familiarity with EMC test software such as EMCWare, Naxio, IEC.control, or similar
- Experience with EMC simulation and modeling tools (EMC Charge Plus or similar)
- Experience working in an ISO 17025 environment
- Prior experience supporting product certifications and regulatory submissions
- Experience mentoring junior engineers
- Hands-on experience with advanced EMC test equipment and laboratory operations
- Experience working with external compliance labs and regulatory bodies
