Opportunity Overview This senior-level planner serves as Teradyne’s central expert for memory and CPU supply continuity planning. The role manages end-to-end planning, allocation management, forecast translation, inventory strategy, and shortage mitigation across DRAM, NAND, SSD, DIMM, CPU, and related compute components. The planner coordinates supply across semiconductor suppliers, DIMM partners, motherboard manufacturers, EMS providers, computer aggregation partners, and their sub-tier suppliers.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop supply continuity strategies for memory and CPU commodities.

Manage constrained allocation environments and negotiate supply prioritization with suppliers.

Lead executive shortage management processes, including risk assessments, recovery plans, and escalation packages.

Coordinate component planning for Teradyne PCBAs, motherboard suppliers, computer aggregation partners, and DIMM ecosystem partners.

Build supply-demand models spanning wafer starts, backend capacity, module assembly, and finished component availability.

Monitor inventory, commitments, backlog, and demand signals across multiple supply chain tiers.

Partner with commodity managers on LTAs, capacity reservations, and sourcing strategies.

Develop executive dashboards and quarterly supply outlooks.

Support new product introductions, technology transitions, EOL management, and business continuity planning.
