Registered Nurse

We are seeking Registered Nurses to partner with us as independent contractors providing services to our Military Service members. Our primary work schedule is on weekends, with occasional weekday shifts under the Reserve Health Readiness Program (RHRP) in Massachusetts, on an "as needed" basis.

We provide Health Readiness Services to meet the medical and dental requirements necessary to maintain a deployable military force for the following branches:

• U.S. Army Reserve (USAR)
• Army National Guard (ARNG)
• U.S. Navy Reserve (USNR)
• U.S. Marine Forces Reserve (MARFORRES)
• U.S. Coast Guard Reserve (USCGR)
• Air National Guard (ANG)
• U.S. Air Force Reserve (USAFR)

• Support physical health assessments of military personnel.
• Review health history, medical records, and questionnaires.
• Interview military personnel to determine current and past medical concerns.
• Identify urgent concerns, including behavioral health issues.
• Document interview results using our proprietary system for readiness classification.

• Associate or Bachelor's degree from an accredited nursing program.
• CPR and BLS certifications.
• Minimum of 2 years recent clinical experience as a Registered Nurse.
• Unrestricted nursing license in any U.S. state, territory, or Commonwealth.
• Resilience to handle high-stress situations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Team-oriented attitude and collaboration skills.
