We are seeking a motivated and customer-focused Automotive Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will guide customers through the vehicle buying process, build long term relationships, and represent our dealership with professionalism and integrity. • Welcome customers to the dealership and build rapport
• Understand customer needs and match them with the right vehicle
• Present, demonstrate, and explain vehicle features and options
• Conduct test drives with customers
• Provide transparent information on pricing, financing options, and trade-ins
• Follow up with leads and previous customers to maintain relationships
• Collaborate with the sales team, management, and F&I
• Maintain product knowledge of new and pre-owned inventory
• Ensure a professional, customer-first experience from start to finish

• Strong communication and customer service skills
• Professional appearance and positive attitude
• Ability to learn quickly and work in a fast paced environment
• Basic computer skills and comfort with CRM tools
• Prior sales experience is a plus, but not required
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record
