Field Service Technician – Field Service Tech 1

Join Rite-Hite as a Field Service Technician and apply your industrial maintenance knowledge to our dock and door equipment. You will be the main customer contact, maintaining products from a service truck with the option to house it at your residence.

Being a Service Technician requires integrity and independence. The role operates out of our Braintree, MA office, focusing on the area south of Boston and surrounding regions. You will install, maintain, and repair loading dock equipment and industrial doors at customer facilities, acting as a technical resource for both customers and our sales force.

• Experience welding and working with mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems.
• Prior experience in the repair or installation of industrial equipment is preferred.
• Ability to work independently in a field environment.
• Good customer service skills.
• Ability to work outdoors, at heights, and lift up to 100 pounds.
• Driving a company vehicle; pre‑employment drug test and clean driving record required; DOT physical required.
