Ragle Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented and organized Pre-Construction Coordinator to support our preconstruction and project startup processes. This position is well-suited for recent business administration graduates who are eager to begin their careers in the construction industry, as well as candidates with 1–2 years of experience in construction, administration support, or a related role.
Key Responsibilities- Attend procurement, handover, readiness, and preconstruction meetings
- Create and distribute Letters of Intent (LOIs)
- Support the timely execution of Purchase Orders (POs) and Subcontracts
- Maintain accurate Project Startup and Contact Lists
- Track and manage Certificates of Insurance (COIs) for subcontractors and suppliers
- Distribute credit applications and sales tax exemption forms as needed
- Prepare and submit subcontractor approval documentation for TxDOT and other owners
- Create and issue preconstruction paperwork to clients
- Prepare TxDOT bulletin board documentation
- Maintain organized and compliant project files and records
- Manage subcontractor certified payroll and maintain LCP Tracker
- Coordinate employee setup for required railroad training
- Serve as a liaison between Owners and Ragle/Select teams
- Perform additional duties as assigned
- Associate Degree or Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration or a related field (recent graduates encouraged to apply)
- OR
- 1–2 years of experience in construction, administration support, or similar support roles
- Strong attention to detail and ability to manage accurate documentation
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Familiarity with Docu Sign and construction documentation is a plus
- Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a deadline-driven environment
- Team-oriented with strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work from or commute to the North Richland Hills office
