As our Service Advisor, you’re a key team member at Norm Reeves Honda in North Richland Hills. You’re responsible for creating a super service experience for our guests and building the bridge between guests and technicians. This role is a great way to kick start your career with us!

• Greet guests as they arrive in the Service drive
• Advising customers on maintenance and repair options, including upselling additional services when appropriate
• Preparing accurate service estimates and quotes for customers, ensuring clarity on costs and timelines
• Collaborating with the service technicians to relay customer concerns and ensure accurate service execution
• Maintaining detailed records of customer interactions, services performed, and parts used, as well as managing service history
• Communicate empathetically with guests about their vehicle
• Provide timely follow‑up progress of each repair order and contact guests with repair changes
• Analyze quality control reports and maintain a high Customer Service Index Score
• Process monetary transactions

• Full‑time availability and at least 18 years old
• A valid driver’s license with an acceptable driving record
• Creative, positive, team‑player attitude
• Ability to analyze situations and make win‑win business decisions
• Honesty, empathy, and exceptional communication skills
• Leadership skills in team‑based and independent settings
