Honda of North Richland Hills is looking for a high‑energy, phone‑savvy BDC Service Representative to join our team. This position plays a key role in delivering excellent customer service by scheduling service appointments, rescheduling as needed, and following up with customers on their recent visits.
Schedule: Must have flexibility to work the following days and hours:
Monday - Friday, 7AM - 7PM and Saturday's from 7AM - 5PM.
Core Responsibilities
- Respond to service inquiries via phone, email, and chat professionally and promptly.
- Schedule and confirm service appointments, balancing customer preferences and department availability.
- Maintain accurate records of customer information, service requests, and interactions.
- Provide clear, accurate information about services, pricing, and promotions.
- Collaborate with service advisors, technicians, and team members to ensure a seamless service experience.
- Follow up after service visits to ensure customer satisfaction and share feedback with management.
Basic Requirements
- Previous experience in a customer service or call center role is advantageous.
- Bilingual in Spanish is a PLUS
- Knowledge of automotive services, maintenance, and repair terminology is a PLUS
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Proficiency with computer systems and CRM software.
