Call Center Representative (Bilingual)
We are hiring Bilingual Call Center Representatives to serve as a virtual extension of our client. This role is an in‑office, inbound call‑center position that requires strong typing, English & Spanish fluency, and excellent customer‑service skills.
Responsibilities• Professionally handle incoming calls, greet callers, provide and request required information.
• Transfer calls or take messages as necessary.
• Utilize company call‑processing system and train on various call‑center tools to prioritize customer needs.
• Maintain a courteous, upbeat tone and ensure each interaction makes customers feel valued.
- Welcoming voice with an upbeat tone
- Strong command of English with good spelling and grammar
- Computer skills in a Windows‑based environment
- Good attendance record
- Typing speed of 35 words per minute or more
- Fluent in both English and Spanish (reading, writing, speaking)

$19 per hour.
Shift Options- Full Time
- Part Time
- Overnight
- Must be available to work a weekend day (Saturday or Sunday) each week
Paid training lasts approximately one week. During the second week you will move to your scheduled shift.
