What you’ll need to succeed as a Senior Project Manager, Technology at XPO

Minimum qualifications:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent related work or military experience2  years experience as an IT Project Manager and combined experience below

Demonstrated ability to assess data quality and analyze data Experience in testing the quality of data produced by project teams

Experience in analyzing data and effectively explaining results to business analysts

Ability to work autonomously, solving complex problems in an ambiguous environment Business acumen and understanding of business drivers and issues surrounding a project Extensive breadth of experience delivering complex projects within budget and scope Expert knowledge with Project Management methodologies and tools

Superior interpersonal skills and conflict resolution skills Ability to negotiate and build consensus with various stakeholder groups

Strong issue resolution and risk management skills Strong knowledge on Retail, Logistics and supply chain

Preferred qualifications:

What you’ll do on a typical day:

Lead, execute, and deliver XPO Information Security / Technology Compliance projects

Follow standard project methodology and a defined XPO SDLC process to lead the project team in creating and deploying industry-changing applications.

Manage all aspects of an SDLC process including project timelines, scope, budgets, resources, and delivery

Coordinate with all business and IT stakeholders to deliver projects

Work directly with the IT PMO to continually improve the project methodology, SDLC process, deliverable templates, etc.
