Responsible for managing restaurant operations with accountability for the Service Profit Chain (SPC), internal and external service excellence, and profitability while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.

• Recruit, select, train, develop, and evaluate restaurant employees; monitor staffing levels and enable internal career progression.
• Deliver exceptional guest experience by training staff, holding the team accountable, and continuously improving service, food quality, and cleanliness.
• Partner with the Restaurant Manager to analyze operational and financial performance, develop action plans, and protect the brand while managing costs and budget adherence.
• Maintain a positive brand image through consistent food quality, guest service, and restaurant cleanliness, serving as a role model for guest service.

• High School Diploma or G.E.D. required;
  Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• Minimum 1 year experience as Shift Leader or Assistant Manager in a customer service environment; 3 years experience as Assistant Manager with P&L responsibility preferred.
• Certified in all workstations, Serv Safe, and Assistant Manager training; valid driver’s license and personal vehicle required.
• Excellent interpersonal skills, analytical ability, strong organizational and planning skills; 18+ years old.
