I’m supporting a leading US distributor of electronic manufacturing supplies and test equipment with the search for a Merchandiser – Hand Tools
.

This is a commercially focused position responsible for managing and growing a broad portfolio of professional and industrial hand tools, working with leading brands such as Stanley, Klein Tools, Greenlee and Wiha
.

The successful candidate will take ownership of the category, including:

• Product selection and assortment strategy
• Supplier and manufacturer relationships
• Pricing, negotiations, rebates and stocking strategies
• Identifying new products and opportunities to grow revenue
• Working closely with Sales and Marketing on go-to-market activity
• Monitoring market trends, competitors, margins and product performance

We’re particularly interested in candidates with experience in hand tools, industrial distribution, MRO, electrical/electronics distribution or product/category management
