OverviewThis is an inside sales role with strong earning potential. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll manage a designated territory and focus on identifying new opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions across industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, consultative selling, and being part of a fast-moving, high-growth team.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct high-volume outreach (phone, email, virtual meetings) to engage new and existing customers
- Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations around technical products and services
- Deliver virtual and in-person product demos, presentations, and proposals
- Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client solutions and close business
- Track opportunities and account progress within CRM and sales pipeline tools
- Maintain strong vendor/partner relationships and stay informed on product changes and industry trends
- Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales metrics
- Minimum 2 years of inside sales or business development experience in a product-based industry
- Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
