We’re looking for an unstoppable, high‑energy lead generator to close mortgage loans. You will source and nurture your own leads, call aggressively, and visit open houses to build relationships and close deals. This role offers sky‑high earning potential with no income caps.

• Generate, source, and warm your own pipeline of leads.
• Make at least 15–30 calls per day, or up to 100 based on performance.
• Attend 5 to 50 open houses per weekend as required.
• Operate beyond traditional banking hours, frequently after 5 pm and on weekends.
• Achieve and exceed sales target metrics with a “whatever it takes” attitude.

• High‑energy, charismatic, and natural relationship builder.
• Instinctive ability to connect quickly with strangers and larger networks.
• Drive and enthusiasm for lead generation; able to self‑source leads.
• Coachable and eager to learn from experienced teams.
• Resilient, disciplined, and willing to exceed typical call goals and meeting commitments.
