Base pay range

$80,000.00/yr - $90,000.00/yr

Compensation

Compensation: $80,000–$90,000 base + uncapped commission

Overview

This is an inside sales role with strong earning potential. As a Business Development Representative, you’ll manage a designated territory and focus on identifying new opportunities, deepening customer relationships, and delivering value-driven solutions across industries. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys outbound outreach, consultative selling, and being part of a fast-moving, high-growth team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct high-volume outreach (phone, email, virtual meetings) to engage new and existing customers
  • Identify client needs and provide tailored recommendations around technical products and services
  • Deliver virtual and in-person product demos, presentations, and proposals
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to support client solutions and close business
  • Track opportunities and account progress within CRM and sales pipeline tools
  • Maintain strong vendor/partner relationships and stay informed on product changes and industry trends
  • Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales metrics
Qualifications
  • Minimum 2 years of inside sales or business development experience in a product-based industry
  • Experience working with CRM platforms (Salesforce preferred) and proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM is a plus
