As a Co-op in our Mechanical Department, you will gain a basic understanding of the duties of a Project Manager / Estimator, observe the construction process in the field and office, and shadow a Project Manager. Activities include:

• Safety orientations and site audits
• Drawing plotting and document control
• Participating in proposal development and take-offs
• Reviewing field labor and tracking materials
• Attending project meetings and managing subcontractors

You will also learn how different departments collaborate to complete projects by spending time with mentors and in various departments.

Valid Driver's License required.
