2nd Shift Production Associate

Work Schedule: 4 Day Work Weeks!

• 2nd Shift – Monday through Thursday, 5:15 pm to 3:45 am

• Perform packing duties (stacking and banding of product)
• Perform manual assembly of parts
• Read and interpret blueprints, drawings, Job Orders, routers and diagrams
• Adhere to operating procedures / instructions
• Adjust machine settings to complete tasks per specification to run job orders accurately and maximize productivity
• Detect and report defective materials or questionable conditions to supervisors
• Communicate process and quality improvements via CPAR system
• Maintain a clean and safe workstation
• Accurately record labor and material usage in ERP system
• Other responsibilities as assigned by management

• High school diploma/GED or equivalent
• 0–2 years of experience in a manufacturing/shipping environment
• Knowledge of commonly‑used concepts, practices, expectations, and procedures in manufacturing

• Ability to read and perform basic math skills including counting
• Ability to use various tools including tape measure, dial caliper, and other hand tools
• Must have a good command of the English language, both written and spoken
• Basic reading skills for understanding drawings, Job Orders, and specs
• Able to follow directions

• Must be able to lift up to 50 pounds
• Required to sit, stand, bend, reach and move about the facility for an entire shift

• Safety / steel‑toe boots are required
• Protective equipment, such as gloves, required for specific tasks

• Work performed in a plant/production environment
• Contains any number of elements including but not limited to fiberglass/insulation material, dust, fumes, and noise
