Retail Store Manager (RSM) works as the leader of a Retail Team to bring the brand to life. They live and breathe the brand and Arch Telecom’s Core Values. Our RSMs are brand ambassadors, creating energy and excitement around our products and services. They thrive in a fast‑paced fun environment where customer needs are the focus and build deepening relationships through education and recommendation of device and service solutions.

What

you'll do in your role
  • Demonstrate how to help customers pick up right where they left off in their shopping journey, whether online, through Customer Care or in‑store.
  • Explore individual needs and provide hands‑on demonstrations of the latest technology in‑store.
  • Ensure your store meets or exceeds sales goals by overseeing all store functions—sales, inventory and new store programs.
  • Sell to find personalized solutions beyond the basic device and service plan, including accessories and IoT devices.
  • Make sure your store is always at its best.
Professional skills
  • Proficiency in digital tools that enhance interactions and onboarding, such as coverage mapping and service plan comparisons.
  • Knowledge of in‑store experience, systems and reference resources.
  • Peer collaboration with employees across channels to own the customer experience and resolve issues seamlessly.
  • Lead your team with confidence while providing first‑class customer service.

Must Haves
  • At least 18 years of age.
  • Wireless sales experience.
  • High school degree or GED.
  • Ability to stand for long periods of time.

  • Reliable transportation.
