- Be proactive in assisting residents with activities of daily living (ADL) such as bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, eating, and oral care.
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Read, write, understand, and communicate in English with residents.
- Positive and energetic attitude, and love for residents.
- Computer skills to print documents and enter resident information.
- Active and able to stand, walk, bend, kneel, stoop all day.
- Able to lift or move items up to 50 pounds frequently.
- Ability to assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and after a fall.
- Criminal background clearance required.
