Memory Care Support Partner

Full Time

North Royalton, Ohio

$19‑$21.00 per hour!

Tuesdays – Saturdays

Vitalia Active Adult Community at North Royalton located at 8239 York Rd., North Royalton, OH 44133.

• Advocate of Empathy:
  Create human connection with residents during vulnerable moments.
• Patient Observer:
  Discover residents’ interests and collaborate on engagement plans.
• Master of the Mise en Scène:
  Set the stage for a successful day by preparing dining rooms, libraries, and resident rooms.
• Life Partner:
  Partner with residents to support daily life from waking to sleeping.
• Document Care:
  Accurately record resident care and changes in condition.
• Assist with Orientation:
  Support new team members assigned to memory care neighborhoods.

• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Read, write, and communicate in English with residents.
• Positive, energetic attitude with love for residents.
• Computer skills for printing documents and data entry.
• Ability to stand, walk, bend, kneel, and stoop all day.
• Lift or move items up to 50 pounds.
• Assist residents with sitting, standing, walking, and fall recovery.
• Criminally cleared.
