The primary purpose of the role is to assess residents’ needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a skilled nursing facility setting.

Supervision must comply with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines, and regulations that govern our community and as may be required by the Director of Nursing Services or designee to ensure the highest quality of care.

Follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice as set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures.

• Current, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
• Current CPR certification.
• Basic computer skills and ability to navigate electronic health record software.

• Full‑time opportunities available.

  7:00 a.m.–7:30 p.m. and 7:00 p.m.–7:30 a.m.
