  15–30 min appointments, surgery blocks, and rotating Saturdays help keep work-life balance in check.

Our Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who has a passion for learning, is client-focused, and is ready to take the next step in their career. This includes:

• Doctor of Veterinary Medicine (DVM) from an accredited program is required.
• Active or eligible for licensure in the state of Illinois.
• Excellent communication skills and a strong commitment to client education and preventive care.
• Comfortable performing wellness exams, diagnostics, and guiding treatment plans with confidence.
• Bonus skills that are a plus:
• 2–5 years of experience in general practice
• Spanish fluency or proficiency as a second language
• Experience with ultrasound or advanced surgical procedures
• Open to new graduates

Your Role and Impact
