Borowske Builders is seeking a skilled Drywall Finisher / Crew Member & Trainer to join our close-knit, high-performing team. In this role, you'll work hands-on in all phases of high-end residential remodeling, while taking the lead on drywall finishing tasks and mentoring crew members to master professional techniques. This is a full-time, year-round position with steady work, overtime opportunities, and a team that values craftsmanship, collaboration, and growth.

• Perform high-quality drywall finishing, including taping, mudding, sanding, and texture matching.
• Lead and mentor crew members on drywall techniques to improve speed, efficiency, and quality.
• Contribute to other construction phases, including demolition, framing, and trim installation.
• Maintain organized, safe, and clean work areas.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and to the highest standards.

• Minimum 3 years of drywall finishing experience (residential remodeling preferred).
• General construction skills across multiple trades.
• Ability to teach, mentor, and lead by example.
• Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship.
• Reliable, punctual, and team-oriented mindset.
• Competitive hourly pay ($27-$30+ per hour, based on experience).

• Monday-Friday, 7:30 AM-3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday half-days for overtime
