Borowske Builders is seeking a skilled Mason / Crew Member & Trainer to bring craftsmanship and leadership to our high‑end residential remodeling projects. In this role, you'll work on all phases of remodeling and additions, stepping into the lead role for block, brick, stone, and concrete work. You'll not only handle masonry tasks but also mentor crew members, helping them master safe and efficient techniques.

This is a full‑time, steady, year‑round position with a supportive team environment, overtime opportunities, and strong growth potential.

Pay Range: $27–$30+ per hour, plus overtime and substantial twice‑yearly bonuses

• Perform expert masonry work, including block laying, brickwork, stone setting, and concrete pouring/finishing.
• Lead and mentor crew members in safe, efficient, and high‑quality masonry techniques.
• Contribute to other construction phases, including demolition, framing, and general carpentry.
• Ensure all job sites are clean, organized, and compliant with safety standards.
• Collaborate with team members to meet project schedules and quality expectations.

• Minimum 3 years of masonry experience (residential remodeling preferred).
• Broad construction skills across multiple trades.
• Strong leadership skills with a willingness to mentor others.
• Dependable, safety‑focused, and detail‑oriented.
• Positive, team‑oriented attitude.
• Competitive hourly pay ($27–$30+ per hour, based on experience).

• Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–3:30 PM
• Occasional Saturday half‑days for overtime
