Lloyd North Tyneside- is looking for aService Retention Executive.
Your roleLloyd Motor Group has a new and exciting opportunity for a Service Retention Executive to join our team based at our Lloyd BMW/MINI retailer, North Tyneside. Due to the nature of this role, we are looking for candidates with experience.
Salary: £27,000 with OTE of £30,960
Hours:
08:30 - 17:30
- To utilise iLloyd and Dealer Management / manufacturer systems to contact customers due for service, MOT or vehicle updates checking EVHC system for any outstanding deferred work for follow up / clear down
- Apply understanding of the customer’s needs to guide them towards the product or service that will best meet their needs
- To promote Service Plans and Products to applicable customers and new service customers as a retention tool
- Supports the Service Manager and team to meet objectives
- Work with your colleagues to actively promote our services and identify business opportunities.
- 33 days of annual leave, inclusive of bank holidays.
