Senior Nursery Room Leader

Join Busy Bees as a Senior Nursery Room Leader. You will oversee multiple rooms, ensuring educational strategies are integrated, and inspire a high‑standard team.

• Ensure consistent educational strategies across rooms.
• Lead planning and delivery of activities, adapting curriculum to meet children’s diverse needs.
• Mentor and develop Room Leaders, fostering a collaborative, high‑performing team.
• Oversee wellbeing and safeguarding of children, supporting children with additional needs.
• Build strong relationships with parents, keeping them informed of children’s development.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety and safeguarding protocols across the centre.

• Level 3 qualification or above in early years education.
• Experience in an early years setting, with supervisory or leadership experience ideally as a Senior Nursery Room Leader, Senior Nursery Room Manager or Senior Nursery Practitioner.
• Strong leadership, organisational and communication skills.
• Ability to foster an inclusive and supportive environment for both children and team members.
