We’re recruiting Graduate SEND Support Assistants to work in friendly schools across North Tyneside
, supporting pupils with additional needs in and out of the classroom.

• Supporting children with SEND to access learning and routines
• Offering calm, consistent support during lessons and transitions
• Encouraging confidence, independence, and emotional regulation
• Learning from experienced teachers and support staff around you

• Have a degree and an interest in SEND, mental health, or education
• Are considering a future in teaching, educational psychology, or SEN support
• Are patient, reliable, and great at building trust
• Want experience that genuinely prepares you for what’s next

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
