Milk Education is welcoming registrations from caring, committed individuals who would like to be considered for upcoming opportunities within schools across North Shields & surrounding areas. These may include pastoral, behaviour, wellbeing, or wider education support positions — both temporary and permanent.

• Providing pastoral support and guidance to students
• Supporting behaviour, attendance, and wellbeing
• Building positive relationships with young people
• Delivering restorative conversations and conflict resolution
• Working closely with families, school staff, and external agencies
• Supporting safeguarding procedures in line with school policies

(Exact responsibilities will vary depending on the role and setting.)

• Experience supporting young people (education, youth work, coaching, care, etc.)
• Strong communication and behaviour management skills
• A calm, approachable, and resilient nature
• The ability to build trust and rapport quickly
• A genuine passion for student wellbeing and success
