Lunchtime Supervisor

As a Lunchtime Supervisor, you will be responsible for supervising pupils during lunch breaks, encouraging positive behaviour, promoting inclusion and helping maintain a safe and welcoming environment for all children.

• Supervise pupils during lunchtime activities.
• Support children in the dining area.
• Encourage positive behaviour and good manners.
• Ensure the safety and wellbeing of all pupils.
• Report any concerns or incidents to relevant staff members.
• Follow the school's safeguarding, health and safety policies.

We are looking for individuals who enjoy working with children and young people, possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, are patient, caring, approachable, and can work effectively as part of a team. Candidates should be reliable, punctual, and committed to maintaining a safe environment. They should share the school's commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
