Job DescriptionVision for Education is seeking a passionate and committed Drama Teacher to work in a secondary school from the new academic year. This is an excellent opportunity for a Drama Teacher looking for a long-term secondary teaching role with strong support, consistency, and the potential for full-time work.
This role is suitable for an experienced Drama Teacher
, a newly qualified Drama Teacher
, or an ECT looking to secure a long-term Drama teaching job in a supportive secondary school.
Teach Drama across KS3 and KS4
Plan and deliver engaging and practical Drama lessons
Support students of all abilities in Drama
Encourage creativity, confidence, and performance skills
Maintain positive classroom behaviour and routines
Work collaboratively within the performing arts department

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) or equivalent
Experience teaching Drama at KS3 and/or KS4
