Protocol Education is recruiting a dedicated Pastoral Support Assistant to join a welcoming secondary school in North Shields. Working closely with students, families and school staff, you will play a key role in promoting positive wellbeing, engagement and achievement across the school community.

£92.63 - £115.00 per day (PAYE)

Full-Time | September Start | Long-Term Opportunity

• Provide one-to-one support for students who require additional pastoral guidance.
• Build positive and trusting relationships with young people.
• Support students experiencing social, emotional or behavioural challenges.
• Promote positive behaviour, attendance and engagement in learning.
• Deliver interventions focused on wellbeing, resilience and personal development.
• Work closely with safeguarding, SEND and pastoral teams.
• Liaise with parents/carers where appropriate.
• Act as a positive role model throughout the school day.

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
