Northumbria Healthcare NHS Foundation Trust is seeking a physiotherapist to join the Elderly Assessment Unit (EAU). You will provide high-quality assessment, treatment, rehabilitation and discharge planning for older adults with acute illness, frailty, falls and functional decline.
The post holder will supervise junior staff and contribute to service development and quality improvement initiatives within the frailty pathway, supporting admission avoidance and safe discharge planning.
