Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order, meeting all agreed SLAs. Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, determining when cleaning is required and using cleaning equipment and chemicals safely, following Health and Safety requirements. Undertake all required training to deliver the cleaning role. Work within a team and independently as appropriate. Build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, delivering excellent customer service and continuously improving performance.

Ability to communicate and read basic English. Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential. Flexible approach to the role. Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking and professional attitude.
