In your new role as a Cleaner you will ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order and meet all agreed SLAs. Build your knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the timing of the work and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements. You will need to undertake successfully all training required to deliver the cleaning role.

You will be required to work within a team and can work under own initiative. You will need to build positive and productive working relationships with all customers, deliver excellent customer service and seek ways to continuously improve and exceed expectations.

• Ensure equipment is kept clean, well maintained and in safe working order.
• Meet all agreed SLAs.
• Build knowledge and understanding of the designated cleaning area, the timing of the work and all cleaning equipment and chemicals used on the premises while following Health and Safety requirements.
• Undertake all training required to deliver the cleaning role.
• Work within a team and independently when necessary.
• Build positive and productive working relationships with customers and deliver excellent customer service.

• Ability to communicate and read basic English.
• Previous cleaning experience desirable but not essential.
• Flexible approach to the role.
• Open, honest, self‑driven, determined, reliable, hardworking with a professional attitude.
