Location: North Shields / Middlesbrough (Hybrid: minimum 1 day per week office-based)
Salary: £60,052.05 - £64,341.48 per annum
Contract: Permanent, Full-Time (37.5 hours per week)
Reporting to: Director of Fostering Services & Responsible Individual
Responsible for: Social Work Service

Following our Ofsted 'Outstanding' rating, this is a pivotal role where you will provide strategic and operational leadership, drive continuous service innovation, and shape the future of fostering across the region.
Key Responsibilities
Regulatory & Strategic Leadership: Act as the Ofsted Registered Manager, ensuring full compliance with regulations, policy, and National Minimum Standards while driving regional business growth.
Practice & Quality Assurance: Lead robust decision-making on safeguarding, referrals, and risk management. Oversee auditing activities to maintain exceptional practice standards.
