The Kitchen Assistant will be responsible for ensuring the smooth and efficient running of all kitchen processes, including creating menus, plating up, arranging trollies, and ensuring each resident feels directly supported and looked after with the highest quality of care.

The role requires a caring nature, flexibility, and the ability to work well under pressure while respecting the individual religious and cultural backgrounds of the residents.
