Co-op is seeking a Customer Team Leader in North Shields. The role is part-time (16 hours per week) with regular overtime, permanent contract, and shifts between 10am and 10pm. You will lead a small team in a busy store, ensuring excellent customer service and smooth daily operations.
You’ll be involved in merchandising, stock control, and supporting team members on tills. A strong customer focus, leadership skills, and flexibility are essential for success in this role.
