A large national Property maintenance company, is looking for an experienced Maintenance Electrician to be based at a large mobile site in and around the area of North Shields. This is a fantastic role for the right person to join an established maintenance team working.

We're looking for an Maintenance Electrician to join our team covering North Shields.

About the Role
We are looking to recruit a Multi Skilled Electrical Engineer to join our team to work across residential schemes for the over 60's within the North Tyneside area.

About You

Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to tenant and void properties, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work within a residential setting.
You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
There is an on-call requirement with a standby payment and overtime rates.
Working to deliver the best quality service, carrying out repairs to tenant and void properties, you'll undertake a variety of trade repairs and maintenance work within a residential setting.
Undertaking repair/ renewal works within your Electricians remit and work with associated trades
Carrying out first time fix remedial works in occupied and void properties
Undertake testing and inspections works, including EICR's
Communicate effectively with residents, scheduler and line manager
You'll receive and complete assigned tasks using a handheld device (full training), working efficiently and safely in line with best practice to achieve excellent customer experience.
There is an on-call requirement with a standby payment and overtime :

UK driving license held for a minimum of 12 months as a company vehicle will be provided, for work use only.
ECS Gold Card, or Eligibility to Achieve
Inspection and Testing Qualification and PAT testing experience
Electrical Installations BSth Edition
Level 3 NVQ in Electrotechnical Services (Electrical Installation - Buildings & Structures) or equivalent
