What youll do Lead support planning and deliver person-centred support Balance support, safeguarding, admin and meetings while guiding colleagues and managing caseloads Support Customers with daily tasks like budgeting, cooking and attending appointments Work with multi-agency teams to safeguard and empower our customers Help customers build independence and prepare for their move-on into the community Why join us This is more than a job its a place where you feel valued.

You have Passion and experience in supporting others ideally in a supported housing setting Level 3 Diploma in Care or equivalent experience (or are willing to work towards it) Experience assessing referrals and coordinating support The ability to work under your own initiative, remain calm under pressure and have a resilient approach The practical bits Working a 4 week rota, 3 days in one week, 4 days the next week.

One and a half weekends per month. Shifts are 8am - 8pm, you will manage your own diary Working from our service in Railway Terrace, North Shields and in the community at peoples homes. You need an Enhanced DBS with barring list (we pay)
