Groundwork NE & Cumbria is hiring an Employment Specialist to support people to stay in work and overcome challenges as part of the Connect To Work program. This is a full-time, permanent role based in North Tyneside, offering 37 hours per week and a salary between £28,951 and £32,316 per annum.
You will work with clients to identify barriers, coordinate with partners, and help participants secure sustainable employment. The role emphasises person-centred support and practical, hands-on guidance.
