About the RoleWe are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Warehouse Assistant to help support our operational teams with stock, shipments, and inventory management. In this role, you’ll play a key part in ensuring a smooth and efficient warehouse operation while maintaining a clean and safe working environment.

Key Responsibilities Daily Operations- Receive and process incoming goods, both physically and in our systems.
- Prepare, pack, and ship equipment, tools, and consumables.
- Pack, unpack, and maintain cleanliness of company cars and shipping containers.
- Conduct regular stock checks and inventory control.
- Inspect, clean, and maintain technicians’ tools and equipment.
- Ensure all items and certificates are properly registered and up to date.
- Use warehouse systems effectively for stock management.
- Maintain a tidy, safe, and organised warehouse environment.
- Follow all HSE and GDPR regulations as set by the HSEQ department.
- Support continuous improvement initiatives and assist in warehouse development plans.
- Provide quality warehouse support to operational business units.
- Report regularly to the Warehouse Manager.
- Communicate clearly and proactively with internal teams.
- Address problems early and maintain transparency on schedules, delays, and changes.
- Prioritise customer satisfaction and ensure high service standards.
- Hold a valid UK driver’s license
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- High computer literacy and familiarity with warehouse management systems
- Strong problem-solving mindset
- Understanding of health and safety regulations
- A team player who is committed to exceptional service delivery
- Proficiency in warehouse management systems
- Experience with ERP systems
- Counterbalance forklift license
- Knowledge of lifesaving equipment used on wind farms
- Knowledge of tooling used on wind farms
