Site Supervisor

• Supervising daily site operations, ensuring compliance with company policies, environmental standards, and Health & Safety legislation.
• Leading, coaching and supporting site employees, ensuring resources are effectively deployed to deliver excellent customer service and maximise recycling performance.
• Monitoring site performance, plant operations and quality standards, while identifying opportunities for process improvements.
• Managing site administration, including payroll information, budget monitoring, and ordering equipment and operational resources.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues, customers and stakeholders to maintain high operational standards and achieve service objectives.

• Experience supervising or leading teams within operations, waste management, recycling, logistics, manufacturing or a similar environment.
• Strong communication and organisational skills, with the ability to build positive working relationships.
• A passion for recycling, resource recovery and delivering high standards of service.
• NEBOSH or an equivalent Health & Safety qualification is desirable, or a willingness to achieve this within 12 months.
• Knowledge of plant equipment is advantageous but not essential, as full training and development support will be provided.
