Learning Support Assistant (LSA) – Secondary

£90 – £110 per day | PAYE | Depending on experience

• Supporting students across KS3 and KS4
  , both 1:1 and in small groups
• Working with pupils who may have SEND, SEMH needs, or additional learning needs
• Supporting learning in the classroom while promoting independence and engagement
• Helping to maintain a positive, inclusive, and safe learning environment
• Collaborating closely with teachers, pastoral staff, and SEN teams

• Has experience working with children or young people (school-based experience desirable)
• Is calm, patient, and proactive in supporting behaviour and learning
• Can build positive relationships with pupils and staff
• Is reliable, adaptable, and confident working in a secondary setting

• Competitive daily rates paid weekly via PAYE

All pay rates quoted will be inclusive of 12.07% statutory holiday pay. This advert is for a temporary position. In some cases, the option to make this role permanent may become available at a later date.
