About the role?
  • Support the class teacher in delivering engaging and age-appropriate learning activities.
  • Encourage children's social, emotional, and educational development through play-based learning.
  • Promote positive behaviour and help children develop confidence and independence.
  • Ensure safeguarding procedures and school policies are always followed.
  • Provide one-to-one and small group support to help children reach their full potential.
About you?
  • A genuine passion for supporting young children's learning and development.
  • Previous experience working within an Early Years or primary school setting.
  • Good organisational and time management skills.
  • A Level 3 or Level 4 Teaching Assistant or Early Years qualification (desirable or essential, depending on the role).
  • A positive attitude, flexibility, and willingness to get involved in all aspects of school life.
