• Assist with daily living activities: hygiene, meals, medication
• Follow personalised care plans
• Communicate with clients, families, and healthcare professionals

• Drive clients to appointments and outings

• Valid driving licence (required)
• 1 year of driving experience
• Strong English communication skills (verbal and written)
• Experience in home care or care home settings (preferred)
• Basic IT skills for recordkeeping and communication
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
