Groundwork in North Tyneside is seeking an Employment Specialist to support people to secure and sustain meaningful employment within a multi-disciplinary team. You will use the IPS model to provide tailored information, advice and guidance to a caseload of around 25 clients, helping them access, return to, and sustain suitable work.
You will build strong employer relationships and coordinate with health providers, mental health services, and other partners to ensure joined-up support.
