Hours of Work: 03:30 – 10:00 (Monday to Friday & Sunday to Thursday)

The Warehouse Operative is critical to the safe and efficient movement of parcels within our depots. This role ensures DPD maintains its commitment to exceptional customer service.

• Unload, scan, sort and load parcels with precision and care.
• Ensure swift and secure transit of items through the network.
• Handle large and heavy parcels (up to 25 kg).
• Maintain physical capability to meet job demands.
• Adhere to shift patterns as part of our 365‑day operational schedule.
• Uphold strict health and safety standards at all times.
• Demonstrate flexibility to work across various warehouse areas as required.
• Maintain attention to detail in a fast‑paced environment.
• Exhibit strong organisational skills to manage workload effectively.
• Perform duties efficiently under pressure to meet deadlines.

• Some understanding of Health and Safety practices in a warehouse setting is advantageous.
